CEO
Stafford has been leading and building products for the last five years, first in-house at a Fortune 500 engineering firm and then as the CEO of Palmieri Partners, a growth consultancy. She came on board as CEO of Fabius Labs in September 2021 after partnering with the company on a variety of projects since 2019.
Previously, she was the Louisiana Commissioner of Administration, the state’s chief financial and administration officer. She was appointed to the position by Governor Bobby Jindal. Prior to that she served in a variety of roles in the Governor’s administration including Policy Director, Assistant Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff.
She started her career in education policy as a policy analyst for the Thomas B. Fordham Institute in Washington, DC.
